About the Role
Experienced healthcare manager required to oversee patient admissions and services at Nawaloka Hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all patient admission processes and workflows
- Manage and train admissions and front-desk staff
- Improve patient service delivery and satisfaction
- Coordinate with clinical teams for smooth patient flow
- Handle patient complaints and escalations
- Monitor KPIs and report to senior management
Requirements
- Degree in Healthcare Management, Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare administration
- Proven team management experience
