Senior medical officer required to lead and manage ICU operations at Lanka Hospitals Corporation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Intensive Care Unit clinical operations
- Oversee patient management and treatment protocols in ICU
- Supervise and mentor junior medical officers
- Liaise with specialist consultants on complex cases
- Ensure quality standards and patient safety in the ICU
Requirements
- MBBS with MD or postgraduate qualification in Critical Care or Internal Medicine
- Minimum 5 years experience in ICU management
- Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
- GMC or SLMC registration
