About the Role

Experienced nursing leader required for night duty matron and hospital in-charge role at Kings Hospital Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital clinical operations during night shift
• Supervise all nursing and paramedical staff on duty
• Manage emergency situations and escalate as required
• Ensure patient safety and quality care standards overnight
• Liaise with on-call consultants on patient matters

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with SLNC registration
• Minimum 8 years nursing experience with 3 in supervisory role
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to work night shifts
