About the Role
Quantity surveyor required to manage cost estimation and procurement for construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates
- Manage tender processes and evaluate bids
- Monitor project costs and variations
- Certify subcontractor payments
- Prepare cost reports for management
- Conduct site measurements and valuations
Requirements
- BSc QS or HNDE/NCT in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years construction QS experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software
- Good communication skills
