About the Role

Culinary lecturer required to deliver practical and theoretical cooking and food preparation courses at Colombo Academy of Hospitality Management Malabe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver culinary arts courses covering international and local cuisines
• Conduct practical cooking sessions and assessments
• Develop and update curriculum content
• Mentor and assess student performance
• Maintain kitchen laboratory equipment and safety standards
• Support student career placement activities

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts from recognised institution
• Minimum 3 years industry experience in professional kitchens
• Teaching or training experience preferred
• Passion for culinary education
