About the Role
Visionary and experienced school principal required to lead OKI International School in Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall school operations and academic programmes
- Develop and implement school strategic plans
- Oversee curriculum development and quality assurance
- Manage and develop teaching and non-teaching staff
- Build relationships with parents, community and regulators
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and accreditation requirements
Requirements
- Masters in Education or relevant field
- Minimum 10 years in education with 5 in school leadership
- Experience in international curriculum (IB/Cambridge preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
