About the Role
Real estate sales executive required to drive property sales and land sales for Savi Lands in Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective buyers
- Conduct property visits and client presentations
- Negotiate and close property sale agreements
- Maintain detailed sales records and CRM entries
- Provide market intelligence to management
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales experience; real estate experience a plus
- Valid driving licence
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
