Factory Operations Manager

About the Role

Lead all factory operations including production planning, workforce management, quality assurance, and health and safety at a chemical manufacturing facility in Heiyanthuduwa.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all factory production activities and operational performance
• Manage and develop production workforce
• Implement quality management systems and safety protocols
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Report on factory KPIs to senior management

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years in a senior factory management role
• Experience in chemical or process manufacturing preferred
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
