About the Role
Develop and maintain construction project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports for a multi-regional construction company across Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed construction project programmes and schedules
- Monitor project progress against baseline plans
- Identify scheduling risks and mitigation strategies
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
- Coordinate with site teams on resource planning
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years planning engineering experience
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6
- Strong analytical and communication skills
