About the Role
Manage cost planning, BOQ preparation, and contract administration for construction projects across multiple locations in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost estimates
- Manage subcontractor procurement and payments
- Administer construction contracts and variations
- Monitor project costs against budget
- Prepare final accounts and cost reports
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years QS experience in construction
- Knowledge of standard forms of contract (FIDIC preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
