Manage cost estimation and quantity surveying for construction projects at Mostech Holdings in Ranala.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate bills of quantities and cost estimates
- Manage project costs and monitor budget expenditure
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and process valuations
- Support contract management and variation claims
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Relevant QS experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
