About the Role
Deliver exceptional customer service and support at Softlogic Retail outlets in Nawala.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Process product exchanges, warranties, and after-sales support
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with technical teams for product troubleshooting
Requirements
- G.C.E. A/L or Diploma
- Service-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Sinhala and English
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
