About the Role
Deliver exceptional customer service at Keells Food City outlets across the island, supporting shoppers in-store.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product queries and in-store navigation
- Manage checkout and assist in cashiering operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation
- Support team leads in outlet operations
Requirements
- G.C.E. O/L or A/L
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
- Ability to work in shifts
