About the Role
Build and maintain client relationships to drive life insurance product sales across various cities in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Build a portfolio of individual and corporate insurance clients
- Promote and sell life insurance and savings products
- Conduct needs-based financial assessments for clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide ongoing after-sales service and policy renewals support
Requirements
- G.C.E. A/L or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Finance
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Prior insurance or financial services experience is an advantage
