Deliver exceptional post-sales customer service and relationship management for JKH Property Group clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and service requests post-sale
- Coordinate property handovers and defect resolutions
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery
- Prepare client communication and progress updates
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business or related field
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent English and Sinhala communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
