Lead and grow a portfolio of Takaful insurance clients in Negombo and surrounding areas for Amana Takaful PLC.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Takaful insurance clients
- Achieve monthly premium income targets
- Provide needs-based financial advisory to clients
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of junior sales executives
Requirements
- G.C.E. A/L or Degree
- Minimum 3 years insurance or financial services sales experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- IISL qualification preferred
