About the Role
Support field sales coaching and capability building across Hemas Holdings consumer brands sales teams island-wide.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for field sales teams
- Coach regional sales reps on selling techniques and customer management
- Analyze field sales performance and identify improvement areas
- Develop sales tools and training materials
- Support new product launch readiness for sales teams
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years FMCG field sales or sales training experience
- Experience in sales coaching or L&D
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
