Lead showroom sales performance and operational management at Mc Currie's retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee showroom sales and operations including staffing and inventory
• Drive revenue growth through sales leadership and customer experience initiatives
• Manage showroom P&L and cost controls
• Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
• Recruit, train, and motivate showroom staff

Requirements

• Degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years retail management experience, including leadership role
• Proven track record of driving retail sales performance
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
