About the Role
Review loan applications and verify customer identity and creditworthiness at a fast-growing online lending platform.
Responsibilities
- Review loan applications and verify customer information
- Authenticate customer identity documents (NIC, photos)
- Assess income, employment, and repayment capacity
- Make approval/rejection decisions per company guidelines
- Flag suspicious or fraudulent applications
- Record decisions accurately in system
Requirements
- Experience in loan verification, credit, KYC, or call center preferred
- Lending/microfinance/financial services background advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Sinhala or Tamil fluency; English a plus
- Minimum 1 year work experience
