Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Road Project

About the Role

Support road construction project cost management and quantity surveying for donor-funded infrastructure projects in Galagedara.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantities, estimates, and cost reports for road projects
• Monitor project costs and site progress
• Handle measurements, valuations, and billing
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Evaluate subcontractor claims and payments

Requirements

• NVQ Level 04/05 or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 4 years in construction projects
• Minimum 2 years in road construction
• Experience with World Bank, ADB, or JICA-funded projects preferred
