About the Role
Support the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Rocell with administrative, travel and communications coordination.
Responsibilities
- Maintain departmental administrative and operation routines
- Arrange travel and hotel bookings
- Handle incoming correspondence and calls
- Organize meetings and presentations
- Attend meetings and document proceedings
- Deputy representation of the Director when needed
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication or Business from a reputable university
- 2-5 years of secretarial experience supporting senior management
- Excellent language skills in English and Sinhala
- Strong PowerPoint and MS Office skills
- Professional discretion and organizational ability
