Responsibilities
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment
Support OS installation and configuration
Manage software installations and system maintenance
Address network connectivity issues
Manage Active Directory and password resets
Assist server administration tasks
Maintain IT asset records and documentation
Perform hardware upgrades and preventive maintenance
Support backup and cybersecurity procedures
Requirements
Pursuing or completed diploma, certificate, NVQ, HND, or degree in IT or related field
