Deliver first-line support to HotelMate customers across phone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp while assisting with system setup and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support via phone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp
• Assist hotel staff with system setup
• Conduct user training
• Support day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken English (mandatory)
• Own laptop or desktop computer
• Reliable internet access
