Engineering Projects Executive - Ceytea

About the Role

Drive automation and engineering projects at the Ceytea Tea Factory in Agarapathana. Implement PLC/SCADA-based automation, IoT integrations, and data analytics to improve factory efficiency under a 1-year fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement automation and engineering projects at the Ceytea factory
• Design and deploy PLC/SCADA-based control systems
• Integrate IoT sensors and data acquisition systems for process monitoring
• Develop Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows for operational efficiency
• Support energy and sustainability improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Maintain engineering documentation and project progress reports

Requirements

• BSc in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming and SCADA systems
• Knowledge of IoT platforms and data analytics tools
• Proficiency in Python and SQL is an advantage
• Strong project management and communication skills
