About the Role

Lead and manage the solar engineering department overseeing commercial and industrial projects from planning to post-installation maintenance, with regulatory compliance and team development responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solar engineering projects from planning to maintenance
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance
• Develop efficiency improvement strategies
• Provide technical leadership and foster innovation
• Manage and develop the engineering team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years total experience; at least 2 years in managerial or supervisory capacity
• Experience managing commercial and industrial solar projects
• IESL associate membership advantageous
