Trainee Mechanical Engineer

About the Role

Support operational improvements and machinery reliability at Michelin's Ja-ela manufacturing facility through maintenance, system design, preventive scheduling, and equipment fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical failures
• Maintain shop equipment and fabricate parts
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules
• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Contribute to equipment design using SolidWorks
• Monitor energy performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong engineering principles knowledge
• Basic engineering software proficiency
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong learning agility
