About the Role

Lead end-to-end solar engineering projects from design through maintenance, providing technical guidance and ensuring regulatory compliance for Sri Lanka's leading electrical services group.

Responsibilities

• Lead solar projects end-to-end
• Provide technical guidance to team and customers
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and authorities
• Oversee site inspections and quality assurance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Drive operational efficiency improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BSc/BEng), HND, or NDT in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in solar or electrical engineering
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems
