About the Role

Support commercial and measurement aspects of MEP works including quantity take-off, bills of quantities, and cost documentation for Middle East projects managed from Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

Measure and quantify MEP systems for projects
Prepare bills of quantities and cost plans
Analyze specifications and drawings
Maintain measurement records
Collaborate with project teams
Support resolution of measurement issues

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 2 years relevant experience with MEP systems on Middle East projects
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in CostX, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
