About the Role

Oversee the Medical Packing Department to achieve budgeted production targets and quality standards while ensuring safe working practices, proper equipment maintenance, and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department achieves production targets and quality standards
• Maintain safety protocols and procedures
• Oversee housekeeping and equipment maintenance
• Manage environmental controls and GMP compliance
• Staff management, training, and development
• Record-keeping and reporting per GMP requirements
• Inventory control of materials and finished products
• Coordinate with Production and Planning Departments

Requirements

• BSc Degree in a relevant discipline
• Hands-on manufacturing or operational environment experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure
