Associate Manager Engineering

About the Role

Lead automation and manufacturing technology projects from conceptual design through commercial installation and commissioning, managing cross-functional teams and developing process improvement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities and develop business cases
• Manage automation projects through design, installation, testing, and commissioning
• Collaborate with global engineering and plant teams
• Design and implement PLC, HMI, SCADA, and IoT systems
• Conduct fault analysis and continuous improvement activities
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical, Production, or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 7-10 years professional experience in automation, machine design, and commissioning
• PLC and SCADA software expertise
• 40% travel requirement
• Dipping machine maintenance experience preferred
