About the Role
Oversee project finances, measurements, billing, and contract administration for construction projects in Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Develop Bills of Quantities, estimates, and financial reports
- Track expenditures and construction site advancement
- Conduct measurements, assessments, and invoicing
- Work with site engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Review and authorize subcontractor invoices and claims
- Maintain budgetary compliance and contractual adherence
Requirements
- Background in quantity surveying or construction
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Competency with BOQ preparation and expense management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and surveying software
