About the Role
Supports recruitment, employee record maintenance, payroll and attendance tracking, administrative coordination, and vehicle and meeting management for a growing agri-food company in Hokandara.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and candidate interview coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage payroll, attendance, and leave tracking
- Execute administrative and office coordination duties
- Monitor departmental daily checklists
- Arrange meetings and staff engagement initiatives
- Oversee vehicle maintenance coordination and reporting
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and administrative capabilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving competencies
