About the Role
Supports the Managing Director with scheduling, coordination, follow-up, and daily administrative operations including correspondence, filing, and general office management with confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Managing Director with scheduling, coordination, and follow-up tasks
- Manage correspondence and filing systems
- Handle general office operations
- Provide administrative support to other directors as needed
Requirements
- Advanced Level qualification
- 2 years experience
- Strong verbal and written communication in Sinhala and English
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, email, letter typing)
- Light vehicle driving license required
