Oversee apartment construction projects from inception to handover, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage apartment construction projects from inception to handover
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor project budgets, material usage, and cost control activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements
- Manage contractor performance and resolve project-related issues
- Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical documents
- Lead project handover and defect liability management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of construction project management experience
- Preferably experience in apartment or high-rise projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project
