About the Role

Handle pre-contract and post-contract MEP quantity surveying including tender preparation, cost estimation, BOQ measurements, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

Tender document preparation and bid submissions
Cost estimation and budget creation
Quantity take-offs and BOQ measurement
Variation preparation and evaluation
Subcontractor payment certification
Interim payment application preparation
Project cost monitoring and cash flow forecasting
Contract administration and commercial support

Requirements

HND or BSc in Quantity Surveying or related field
Minimum 2-3 years in pre-contract and post-contract MEP quantity surveying
Strong MEP systems and construction practices knowledge
Proficiency in quantity take-off and cost management
AutoCAD proficiency preferred
