About the Role
Randula Grand Venus Hotel is looking for a skilled Indian Chef de Partie to manage their Indian cuisine section, supervise junior kitchen staff, and maintain HACCP compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee assigned Indian cuisine kitchen section
- Prepare, cook, and present food per hotel standards and recipes
- Train and supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants
- Maintain cleanliness and HACCP compliance
- Control stock and minimize waste
- Support menu preparation and mise-en-place
Requirements
- Prior experience as Chef de Partie or Senior Commis Chef
- Culinary Arts certificate/diploma preferred
- Knowledge of North and South Indian cuisine
- Ability to work under pressure during service periods
- Strong food hygiene and safety understanding
- Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays
