About the Role

Tasty Caterers in Colombo 3 is seeking an experienced Kottu & Mongolian Chef to handle live cooking stations and high-volume kitchen operations for restaurant and catering events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare various kottu and Mongolian dishes to high standards
• Maintain quality, taste, and presentation of all meals
• Efficiently manage high order volumes during busy periods
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Support restaurant and catering operations

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in kottu or Mongolian cuisine preparation
• Background in restaurants, hotels, food courts, or catering
• Strong knowledge of kottu and Mongolian cooking techniques
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments
• Understanding of food safety standards
