About the Role

Lead Seylan Bank's financial strategy, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and capital planning. Requires minimum 15 years of experience including 5-6 years in senior banking management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the bank's financial strategy aligned with corporate goals
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CBSL regulations and IFRS standards
• Collaborate with audit and risk management teams
• Manage capital structuring and treasury operations

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years experience including 5-6 years in senior management
• Professional finance credentials (CA, CIMA, ACCA) or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
• Strong knowledge of Central Bank of Sri Lanka regulations and IFRS
• MBA and banking sector experience preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, capital planning, and risk management
