About the Role

Handle credit operations and evaluations for Cargills Bank's Western Province branches. Active vacancy open for applications via the bank's careers portal.

Responsibilities

• Process and evaluate credit applications from retail and SME customers
• Conduct credit checks and verify applicant financial information
• Prepare credit reports and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and CBSL guidelines
• Coordinate with branch teams on loan documentation and disbursements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 passes at G.C.E. Advanced Level
• Bachelor's degree or AIB/IBSL qualification advantageous
• English fluency essential; Sinhala/Tamil proficiency valued
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Prior banking or finance experience preferred
