End-to-end production oversight role managing order lifecycle from handover through delivery, vendor coordination, and data-driven performance reporting. Requires 5-8 years in merchandising, planning, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

Monitor order lifecycle milestones from handover through delivery
Review production reports and oversee vendor coordination
Lead claim negotiations with factories
Conduct periodic factory visits and capacity discussions
Maintain data accuracy across enterprise systems
Deliver performance metrics through dashboards and reporting

Requirements

5-8 years in Merchandising, Planning, or Supply Chain with analytical production management experience
Advanced Excel and Power Query proficiency
Enterprise BI tools expertise (Power BI, MSI)
ERP/CRM platform experience (SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, Centric)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Analytics
MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
