About the Role
Hands-on HR Manager role at a FinTech startup overseeing full-cycle recruitment, payroll, office administration, and employee relations. Ideal for someone with a background in startups, call centres, or financial services.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition for call centre agents, collections staff, and operations roles
- Monthly attendance verification, exception handling, and payroll report generation
- Office and facilities management including vendor coordination and lease/utility management
- Asset inventory tracking and employee documentation/compliance control
- Employee lifecycle management, disciplinary processes, and HQ liaison duties
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7+ years of HR experience
- Preferred background in startups, call centres, FinTech, or financial services
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
