Responsibilities
- Execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding processes
- Develop and monitor HR systems, tactics, and procedures company-wide
- Foster a constructive workplace culture
- Assess and implement training initiatives
- Bridge communication gaps between management and staff
- Provide HR analytics and insights for decision-making
Requirements
- Previous experience as HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
- Proficiency in HR metrics and success measurement
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Demonstrated track record of successful HR initiatives
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
