Senior quantity surveyor role at a leading Colombo-based multidisciplinary consultancy, requiring strong construction industry experience with pre-contract and post-contract work.

Responsibilities

Prepare bills of quantities and tender documentation
Conduct cost planning and budget management
Administer construction contracts

Requirements

University degree from a recognized institution, or NCT-QS/HND-QS certification or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction field (10+ years preferred)
Strong English proficiency
IT skills competency
