About the Role

Senior banking legal role covering contract drafting and review, litigation support, court representation, property title verification, mortgage bond registration, and external legal partner coordination.

Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing legal contracts, corporate agreements, and security documents
Litigation support and legal advisory services
Court representation and document preparation
Property title verification and mortgage bond registration
Coordination with business teams and external legal partners
Case record management and supervision

Requirements

Law degree (LLB) from recognized university
Attorney-at-Law certification
Notarial license in English and Sinhala
Minimum 6 years in banking or financial sector
At least 4 years legal practice experience
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Information technology competency
