About the Role
Support HR functions including recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee welfare within a tea export company based in Wattala.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and selection processes
- Process payroll and maintain attendance records
- Manage EPF/ETF statutory submissions
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate employee welfare activities
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in HRM or related field
- 1-2 years HR experience preferred
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan labor law
