About the Role
Assist the HR Manager in overseeing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and statutory compliance at a glove manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing end-to-end HR operations
- Support recruitment and onboarding programs
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes
- Handle employee relations and grievance management
- Develop and deliver training programs
Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in HRM (PQHRM preferred)
- 2-4 years of HR experience
- Preferably in manufacturing or export sector
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan labor law
