Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance management systems
• Develop and deliver learning and development programs
• Identify training needs across business units
• Track and report on performance metrics
• Support employee career development pathways

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualifications in Human Resources Management
• Experience in performance management and/or L&D
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
