About the Role

A 12-month structured training programme to develop a competent Junior Field Manager in tea agriculture, with a promotion pathway upon completion.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage tea saplings and nurseries
• Execute planting and replanting operations
• Maintain fields through pruning, weeding, and fertilizing cycles
• Oversee harvesting processes
• Manage field personnel

Requirements

• 3 A-levels earned within the last 2 years
• Genuine interest in tea agriculture
• Basic English proficiency and IT competency
• High energy and strong work ethic
