About the Role

Lead gardening and permaculture operations at Kosgoda Resort, manage sustainable green projects, conduct eco-tours for guests, and maintain resort grounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead gardening operations and oversee daily maintenance
• Guide gardeners and manage sustainable green projects
• Conduct natural walks and eco-tours for resort guests
• Maintain resort grounds aesthetics

Requirements

• Certificate level qualification in Agriculture, Forestry, Wildlife Studies, or Tourism (advantageous)
• 2-3 years experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of local Sri Lankan flora, fauna, and village culture
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
