About the Role
Manage cost estimation, BOQ preparation, site measurements, and supervise subcontractors for residential and commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost estimates
- Analyze architectural drawings for material, labour and cost estimation
- Provide instructions to workers and subcontractors
- Oversee site measurements and technical tasks
Requirements
- NVQ Level 05 certificate or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2 years experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD
- Valid driving license and own motorbike
